Apricot Jam

4 lbs. apricots, cut & halved 1 can pineapple, cut in cubes
Juice of 1 lemon 1 large orange, cut in 6 sections and thinly sliced
8 cups sugar

Combine and let ingredients stand overnight.ApricotJam

Boil quickly in the morning and blend until smooth.

Seal in hot sterilized jars.
